BioRipple is a low-viscosity, water based bio-polyester dispersions designed for coating to paper, board and film, providing excellent water and OGR resistance, which is both biodegradable and compostable. these coating are non toxic and FDA food contact compliant.

Applications

Our BioRipple low-viscosity product is perfect for extrusion, rod, blade, anilox roll, air knife and spray coating systems and offers a renewable, biodegradable and compostable alternative to traditional PE and wax coatings. It has been formulated to replace PE and wax coatings. It has applications in moisture barrier, hot/cold cup stock, frozen foods, cold release, food packaging coatings, and others where hot and cold-water holdout is a requirement.
